1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Octego Engineering Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Octego Engineering provides structural and civil engineering services, including but not limited to:

• BIM and 3D Structural Modeling
• Geotechnical Engineering
• Structural Engineering and Design
• Project Management
• Construction Supervision
• Quality Assurance and Control

3. Professional Standards

All engineering services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, building codes, and regulations in Sri Lanka and Singapore. Our work is performed by qualified engineers with appropriate professional certifications.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Grant necessary access to project sites when required
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Communicate any changes to project requirements promptly

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and documents produced by Octego Engineering remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use these materials for the specified project only.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octego Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Octego Engineering from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their misuse of our deliverables or failure to follow our professional recommendations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka or Singapore, depending on the project location.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients shall pay for all work completed to date. We reserve the right to retain work products until payment is received.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
